• Founding board and chairmen of Vison Resourcing Group https://visionresourcinggroup.com/ August 2003, a 501C3 ministry dedicated to providing resources to Christian leaders and those they serve so they succeed in their areas of their God given responsibility and calling.

• Received undergraduate education from California State University Fullerton in Business Administration.

• Obtained professional credentials of Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®) and Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU®) from the American College of Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania.

• Became a Certified Kingdom Advisor (CKA®) www.kingdomadvisor.com with Kingdom Advisors, a professional service organization that trains and certifies professional advisors in applying Biblical principles in best practices and client advice serving in local leadership from 2012 to 2018.

Fred M. Vaught Founder and past president of Capital Resource Management (CRM) www.crmfinancial.com retired from business and professional practice as a financial planner June 30th, 2018 serving clients, business, non-profits for 39 years. Fred’s professional career began June 30th, 1979 at New York Life, EF Hutton and Bank of America. In 1984 he went into private practice founding (CRM).
After retirement, Fred continued to honor God, beginning with his studies at Colson Felllows Program www.colsonfellow.org July 1st, 2018. The Colson Fellow Program educates people of strong faith with relevant skills, biblical knowledge, and a solid Christian worldview, to navigate today’s culture and reshape in a way that is pleasing to God. From that experience, he developed and implemented a ministry plan that affects community and culture around one’s life. Fred’s plan was centered on the discipleship and training of others honoring Christ in obeying the Great Commandments in Mark 12: 29-31 and Great Commission Mathew 28: 18-20. On May 23, 2019, he was awarded the Certified Colson Fellow in Washington DC.
Fred and his wife Kaye have been married since 1975. They have three grown children and four grandchildren. They have resided in Valley Center, California since 1990. Fred and Kaye are members of Valley Center Community Church where Fred serves the body at VCCC as serves as a facilitator of a Disciple Making Community, leadership team for men’s ministry.
