Heather Hippensteel
Heather has worked for Wella Company, a top player in the global beauty industry, for the last seven years as a People Business Partner in Human Resources. She has an Accounting degree from the University of San Diego where she was also a Division 1 Springboard Diver. Following a brief stint at PwC after college, she followed her passion for fitness into the CrossFit world. Heather spent the next five years working, training, and competing for CrossFit Invictus, one of the top gyms in the world. She was on their elite team and competed at the CrossFit Games four times, winning the team championship in 2014. Heather has been able to combine her business, coaching, leadership, and communication skills, to strategically partner with the executives and teams at Wella.
Christ has always been at the center of Heather’s life. She was raised by incredible Christian parents along with her sister and two brothers in Pennsylvania and then Tennessee. She attends church regularly and has been involved in various ministries and volunteer opportunities over the years, most recently volunteering with a youth program in Nashville and serving on a mission trip to build houses in Mexico. Because of her relationship with Christ, she has a heart to serve others, better the world around her, and inspire people to be the best they can be.She currently lives in Brentwood, TN, but travels regularly to Calabasas, CA for work. She loves her parents and siblings and is always on the go, whether adventuring outside, training for CrossFit and triathlons, or traveling the globe. She lives a full life, centered around faith, family, and fitness.
